2. Digital Assets & License

When you purchase a digital asset (e.g., 3D models, UI kits, scripts, maps) from Onblox Studio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the asset in your own Roblox projects.

• Permitted Use: You may use the assets in commercial or non-commercial Roblox games owned by you or your affiliated studio.
• Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, leak, or share the raw asset files with third parties who have not purchased a license.
• Attribution: While not strictly required, attribution is highly appreciated.

3. Use of Tools & Subscriptions

Access to our developer tools is provided on a subscription or one-time license basis.

• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of our tools.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to revoke access to any tool if we detect malicious activity, license sharing, or violation of these terms.

4. User Conduct

Our community and platform thrive on respect and collaboration. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or Onblox Studio staff.
• Post or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt our services through DDoS attacks, spam, or other malicious behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services on Onblox Studio's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Onblox Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not warrant that our scripts or tools will be completely immune to future Roblox updates or engine changes, though we strive to provide timely updates.
